Can I print the pleating instructions?

Yes. You can print the EZ Pleating Instructions. Printing from the EZ Pleating System™ is no different than printing from any other Windows or Mac based program. To print a copy of your pleating instructions, simply click the print icon button on the pleating instructions page. Printing from a Tablet or smartphone is something that cannot be done at this time.

Can I email the pleating instructions?

Yes, it is possible to email pleating instructions. In order to email your pleating instructions, you first must print the pleating instructions to a PDF file (You must have a PDF printer driver installed on your computer in order to print to a pdf file). Once you have created the pdf version of your pleating instructions, you can attach the pdf file to an email and send it.

Can I save my pleating instructions?

Yes! You can save your EZ Pleating settings by clicking the save button along side the EZ Pleating System™ input screen. You can retrieve your saved settings at any time in the future, and on any computer, by clicking the retrieve icon on the left side of the page. You can easily edit and customize retrieved settings using the EZ Pleating System™ input form.

You can also save custom default settings that will automatically load each time you load the EZ Pleating System™ by simply clicking the "Save As Default" icon to the left of the input screen.

If you have a PDF printer driver installed on your computer, you can print a copy of your pleating instructions to a pdf file and organize these files any way you like. You can also attach your saved PDF instruction files to an email message and forward them via email. One thing to remember is that PDF files are read-only and cannot be edited or reloaded into the EZ Pleating System™.

How can I renew my services before they expire?

When you subscribe to the EZ Pleating System™ your account is automatically set to renew at the expiration of your subscription term. Somewhere around 7 days before your subscription is set to expire, a renewal charge will appear on your credit card. If your credit card is expired, or your card cannot be charged, your account will expire and become inaccesible. Subscribers can update their credit card information and renewal options from the members home page. If you do not want your account to automatically renew, you can disable this feature in your billing information settings at any time. How can I renew my services after they have expired?

If your subscription has expired, and you are no longer able to access your account, you can renew your services by clicking on the renew button. You will need your user name, password, and your credit card information to renew your services. At the completion of the renewal process, your account will be accesible.

How can I change my password?

Changing your password is accomplished by visiting the members home page and clicking on the "Password and Login info" under the account maintenance section. Simply enter your new password and click the "Save My Changes" button. The next time you login, you'll need to enter your new password.

How can I upgrade my subscription to a longer term?

When you subscribe to The EZ Pleating System™ you must choose a subscription term (6 months, 1 year, etc...). When your account is first established, it is set to automatically renew at the end of the term (unless you disabled this feature). The renewal term is automatically set to match the term that you choose when you first subscribed. If you wish for your renewal term to be different from your initial purchase, login, visit the members home page and click the "Billing Information" link under the account maintenance section. Next, change the renewal product to the product of your choice and make certain that the automatic renewal option is set to "Yes". Review and update your billing information to be sure that your credit card can receive charges. You'll need to make these changes at least 14 days before your account is set to expire.

How can I downgrade my subscription to a shorter term?

How can I cancel my services?

Canceling your service is easy. First, you'll need to login using your login name and password. Next, click the "Cancel Subscription" link under the account maintenance section and proceed to follow the instructions. When you choose to cancel your account, you will still have access to our services until the day your account expires.
